Cornerstone GIS also offers sophisticated 3D modeling and animation services for developers, builders, architects, real estate companies, and anyone else wishing to visualize a design. 3D models and animations provide magical three-dimensional glimpses of two-dimensional designs. Currently developers, builders, and architects offer prospective clients two-dimensional renderings, or drawings, of structures that are in the pre-construction phase. Such renderings offer the client one single view of what one, maybe two, sides of the structure will look like when finished. 3D models and animations, on the other hand, offer the client as many views, from as many angles, as desired. The models provide an exceptional visual of the structure prior to build-out, and include land and curb-scaping.
