Sky-Trek Basic

A digital tour guide of any city, area, region or country. It may include existing 3-D landmark models (if available). Key areas area selected by the client and labeled throughout the movie. The movie file is provided to the user in three different file formats for ease of use and display.

Key Users: Real estate professionals, tourism centers, or businesses interested in acclimating new clients to the location of their real estate listings, key tourism attractions, and/or key amenities of a geographic area.

Price per tour: $50

Sky-Trek 3D

Includes all features of SKY-TREK Basic coupled with specialized
3-D modeling of desired buildings and/or infrastructure.

Key Users: Developers interested in illustrating upcoming communities to buyers, land-use planners interested in better planning technologies, and architects interested in providing clients with interactive conceptual models.

Price: Determined based on the number of buildings, square footage, and detail requested.

Sky-Trek Custom

The integration of 3- D Modeling, digital tours and custom GIS information. The custom service is oriented toward professionals such as developers, architects, land planners, and commercial real estate professionals who wish to integrate the idea of a virtual skyrides and 3-D modeling into a sophisticated Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The custom service will integrate existing aerial photography with regional data such as hydrology, wetlands, property boundaries, elevation, topography, etc. This service allows the user to make more informed decisions, based on the geography of an area.

* Where area aerials are outdated or unusable, new aerials can be flown and integrated into the system for current information.
